I spent mine leading the schools that served them.
For more than 15 years, I have led residential treatment schools, juvenile correctional education programs, alternative schools, and traditional public schools serving students impacted by trauma, addiction, incarceration, mental health challenges, and chronic disengagement.
Today, I help schools, districts, and organizations strengthen leadership, support staff, improve student outcomes, and build systems that work for the students who need them most.
